This should include Living Wills, Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare, and LaPost (specific to Louisiana). If you are not from Louisiana and have other types of Advance Directives specific to your state, you should discuss those as well. Explain the legal aspects of these documents and the healthcare providers role in implementation.
