Read through the case (Both PDF and MS Word files are the same. It is your choice to download which one).
Type:
Background and introduction of Safaricom (Summary from the case).
Analysis: Key challenges and success factors for the company (Summary from the case).
Strategies employed in the case (Summary from the case).
Current Development (Any news? Need additional research on your own).
Recommendations for the company (Your own recommendations- cannot be from the case).
Type a minimum full four-page double-spaced paper (12-font) and submit it through UTC Learn (due by 11:59 pm, deadline). You can write more than 4 pages if you like. You do not need a cover page or reference page, unless you cite from another source. If you cite from another source, you need to include a reference page and it is in addition to the 4-page minimum. In other words, if you include a reference page, you need to have 5 pages.
DO NOT copy and paste from the case or any source. UTC Learn will show that you did and I will deduct at least 30 points from your paper. If your Unicheck score is more than 40%, I will deduct at least 30 points or more.
You can use any reference style, as long as I can find your original reference.
