Work with Level 3 team to support enterprise-wide IT services
· Install the software and assist users in installing and using various software packages.
· Provide support to customers on a variety of IT issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
· Ability to quickly and appropriately troubleshoot and repair problems remotely.
· Provide exceptional customer service while carrying out daily IT-related duties
· Troubleshoot and analyze complex computer problems, ensuring mission requirements are met.
· Research solutions for problems and provide other team members with results..
· Coordinate with vendors on equipment replacement, troubleshoot computers, peripheral incidents, and perform hardware and software diagnostics.
· Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from end-users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, Lexmark, Ricoh, Xerox, and HP printers and other computer-related technologies.
