Instructions: Per our syllabus (contract) you are to read (review) the following chapters for this first unit, which are the substitute readings for the textbook’s readings. The following are the chapters you are required to read for this unit:
Chapter 4 (Social Structure)
Chapter 5 (Groups)
Chapter 6 (Deviance and Crime)
For the second unit review, you will be assigned a chapter that you have to review in your own words on in no less than one page (single space). The following will be the assigned chapter per your last name:
Last name (letters A – M): Produce a one-page coverage of chapters 4 and chapter 5. Please explain the most important aspects of these chapters in a concise but complete one-page review.
Last name (letters N – Z): You are to produce a one-page coverage of chapter 6. The sixth chapter is a huge chapter, so a complete coverage is necessary. Please review this chapter in your own words in no less than a page.
Format instructions: (1) One page in length for the designated chapter(s), (2) Single spaced, (3) One-inch margins (left, right, top and bottom sides), (4) Size should be 12 points, (5) Font style should be Arial or Times News Roman style.
