Infographic Prepare an infographic (one page) that could be used to inform the general public about a public health topic. The topic can be about an infectious disease outbreak, a heat wave, a flood, wildfires, ice storms, etc. You can choose the topic or event. Instruct the public about the topic, including what precautions to take to avoid it and what they should do if they encounter it. For example, if you choose an infectious disease outbreak, you would identify the illness that the agent can cause, tell them how to identify the illness (signs and symptoms), who is most at risk to get the disease, and how to take precautions. This is a very visual tool, so don’t use a lot of text, but instead diagrams, pictures and other graphic representation. The work you create must be your own. Do not copy an existing infographic. You can choose the tool you use to make the infographic (Word, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
