In this discussion board, I would like you to consider your thoughts about therapy. Please answer the following questions honestly and number your responses for full credit. Same rules as always— reply to me on Mon-Wed (400 words minimum) and to a classmate on Thurs-Sun (200 words minimum).
1) Write down a tv show or movie that portrayed therapy. What did the portrayal look like? Do you think it’s accurate to what therapy really is?

3) If you did go to therapy, would you feel comfortable telling other people that you were “in therapy”? Why or why not?
4) If you were on a first date, and your date told you he/she was in therapy, what would be your first thoughts?
5) What can we (society) do to reduce the stigma associated with going to therapy?
