2. Introduction-Establish the importance of the topic, provide a mini-outline of the paper, and provide a clear purpose statement
3. Significance of the Issue: Identify the issue you selected in Module 1 and examine the health issue and its significance at the Local, State, National, and Global levels by presenting (use subheadings for each)

4. Examine the influence of the federal government

7. Identify the stakeholders for the project
8. Propose an overall goal for your project to address the identified problem and how the goal will be evaluated
9. Propose two interventions and include rationale from the literature and describe how they will meet the CLAS standards to ensure they are culturally appropriate, equitable, and inclusive
10. Propose the role of information technology in your proposed project
11. Include a timeline for completion
12. Conclusion-Summarize the paper and provide a compelling argument for the project’s importance
