Children with special needs have a wide range of physical and developmental disabilities. Students must research the role of community in the care of children with special needs. Students should choose one specific group of children and write 1-2 pages including:
What resources, organizations and programs are available to this specific group of children and their families?
What are the challenges that the families face?
Do you feel the resources are adequate for the demand or not? Explain your stance.
