Disagreement with a Co-Leader during the Initial Stage. You and one of your peers (another counselor) have been tasked with conducting an educational group. Your supervisor only gave general instructions on what should be covered. Unfortunately, you and your co-worker are not in agreement on how the group should be led. You need to have a conversation with your coworker.
Provide a written response that addresses the following:
1) Discuss when you would address this concern?
2) Discuss what you would say. Explain your perspective (the pros and cons of both perspectives).
3) Justify your response using the reading or other scholarly resources.
Secondly, provide a video response that shows your specific response to your coworker.
Respond to your peers (video response or typed response). Your response must address the following questions.
1. Do you agree or disagree with your peer’s approach and why?
2. Provide suggestions and support your point of view.
