Your recommended initiative should be well aligned with the company’s goal, and HR needs to lead the whole process. In this document, include the following: Introduce your recommendation for one specific CSR or sustainability initiative (be specific) that is aligned with the company strategy: participants, needed resources, benefactors, and timelines. Provide a thorough explanation about how HR will need to be involved in the initiative in various functions of HR, including staffing, training, and compensation and rewards, and creating an organizational culture that supports CSR (this should be the main arguments in this document).
