The project should include an analysis and discussion of a Finance Strategic Plan (FSP) developed to reduce costs/expenditures and reimbursement methodologies within a healthcare institution’s Emergency Department. The FSP may also include as a goal increased efficiency, which leads to reduced costs/spending.
