On page 3 of “Learning by the Case Method,” John S. Hammond says: “A typical request at the end of a discussion is ‘What’s the answer?’  The case method of learning does not provide the answer.  Rather, various participants in the discussion will have developed and supported several viable ‘answers’.”
How do you feel about this characteristic of the case method?  Does it concern you that there is “no one right way,” or do you like the leeway afforded the case analyst to build support for his or hre recommendations?
