• What does your Indigo report mean to you?
• Discuss the behaviors, motivators, and skills of the report that matters the most to you
and why.
• How can the report guide you through your professional endeavors and career? Refer to

the association of such assessment reports and professional endeavors and career. .
• Based on your Indigo report, create a brief individual development plan as a small
business owner – assume you will start a small business in Canada in the near future.
