Please remember that the concepts are what is important – not the format. You established your organization and structure in week 1 and established capital requests in Week 2. For this week you are going to describe your income statement. This can be an excel income statement, or a narrative descriiption. Please describe your level of liquidity and how you determined what that should be. Please describe what your income statement represents and the time period that you are reporting on. Is your organization doing well? What are the opportunities for improvement? Are these short term or long term?
For the final assignment for your paper, your monthly budget analysis showed a 2% below budget on revenue and a 6% above budget on expenses. Which would you address and why? What approach would you use to review?
