Whatever is needed to explain the competitors, how we will try to be better and what we would be facing in this market.

I am writing the external analysis of our capstone paper on Ford Motor Vehicles. More specifically I am doing the competitor
analysis section of the external analysis. Our Capstone project is on Ford and its transition into the EV market. I have both files uploaded to get an idea of what the paper is about. Although all I have to work on is (D) Section 2 of the capstone paper
guidelines file I provided. There is no specific area to focus on for Ford, simply the EV Market, along with how ford is transitioning, or plans to transition. Mainly focus on the competition in the market they are entering as the instructions I provided
say. Not too many sources are needed since we need 6 for the whole paper and there are many other sections. Whatever is needed to explain the competitors, how we will try to be better and what we would be facing in this market. Thanks!
