This paper should engage the theme of “What specifically makes a leader a global leader?”
For the first section of your paper, please write a thorough
analysis of what a global leader is and
what makes them different from general
leaders. Round out the analysis by describing why, or why
not, global leaders
are needed in organizations.
For the second part of the paper, please address what it takes to develop
global leadership in
organizations.
You are to write a detailed “step-by-step”
plan and recommendations for what it takes to make global leaders and extend
the organization from a local to the global context.
The paper must be written in APA format with a word count of
4,000 words. Please include
7 scholarly research in addition to Scriptural support. The Globe Studies by House et tal should be
one of the references.
