• Social or cultural norms that may influence behavior or attitudes related to the healthcare problem (e.g., family, peer, or societal influence) and the social or cultural stigmas related to the healthcare problem (e.g., HIV has a negative social stigma, which influences individuals’ care-seeking behavior)
• Organizational/structural causes (system, process, or policy) that impacts this healthcare problem.
