Module 5 activity requirements:
Read the case scenario on a student called Carly.
Consider the content of boxes 1 to 6 of the decision tree (see below) which is the same as the one used in the lecture by Dr. Lake.
Apply the information you have on Carly from the case scenario and respond in writing to the content in each of the first 6 boxes from the decision tree. Clearly respond to the questions in each of the 6 boxes and justify your answer. Consider the ABA principles you learned in the lecture by Dr. Lake when preparing your answers.
Some of the boxes require lengthier responses than others. On average your response to each item should be 6 sentences long (minimum 3 sentences, maximum 10 sentences). You should submit your work as an attached word document or provide text directly into the space provided.
Your submission for this activity is due June 13 (no later than 11:59PM). Completion of this activity contributes 15% to your mark in the course.
