Part 1: 360° Feedback
Choose one role in your organization, and describe the people who would be giving
feedback related to this role. In other words, discuss who should be invited to participate
in 360° data collection processes. Post an original response, and comment on the posts of at least two classmates. When you respond to your colleagues, give them suggestions of
those to invite.
Part 2: Separation
Discuss your experiences with separation from an organization. How can leaving, whether by choice or not, be handled as smoothly as possible?
