This is supposed to be a letter of explanation to the Embassy providing more information about my visa application.
I have submitted documents but still have additional documents such as hotel booking and reservation itinerary. Their application did not allow me to provide all the documentation that I have so they require a letter to explain that.
I also want them to know that my CEO visited Niagara Falls a few months ago and he had an amazing experience while there. He came back to share his experience with us especially me as the Human Resources Director and recommended that I go check it out. We are into Hospitality(Huge Guest House) where we provide bed and breakfast, events, and restaurants so my visit in the fall will provide me more exposure to the hospitality world as the Fall is one of the best places to visit.
I can’t wait to enjoy this opportunity and also to visit Canada.
