PART 2
My first “Challenge Thought” is from an article found in the library, drafted by the Women owned NOW Center for Diversity & Inclusion. The organization’s research clearly states one measurement, stock price, has increased in diverse companies over 5 years. If this is the case, it begs the question why more companies have not made DEI a true business initiative? My question for you to think about and respond, if you so choose, is What is preventing so many organizations from including DEI as an integral part of their business success plans?
