Analyzing the systematic approaches of traits, skills, and behavioral leadership approaches can help you understand how to evolve as a leader. Not only can these analyses benefit your style, but they can also benefit those you lead. Presume you have been asked to provide training materials for the principals in your school district. Utilizing the provided resources and additional scholarly sources, prepare a best practices tip sheet that includes the following:
•Describe each of these three leadership approaches. Include an example of each to illustrate your findings.
•Analyze the traits, skills, and behaviors of effective leaders you have experienced. You may also include those you possess that make you an effective educational leader.
•Explain the traits, skills, and behaviors most educational leaders need to change to improve their ethical leadership effectiveness.
•Describe the traits, skills, and behaviors you believe you would like to change to improve your effectiveness as an ethical educational leader.
