Do we live under anarchism right now?

Kropotkin’s vision of anarchism is not one in which there are no rules, but rather one in which no single authority dominates the lives of people, and they instead battle between one another.  Anyone who has worked for the government is familiar with bureaucratic infighting – in fact, CSUN itself is so bureaucratized that you’re probably familiar with different units on campus in conflict with one another.

Does this level of bureaucracy, in which different parts of the same organization fight with each other, count as a form of anarchism that Kropotkin would be happy to see?
