Possible topics include (but are not limited to): laws affecting LGBTQ+ families; interracial couples; abortion; teenage parents; single parents; low income families; parental leave; developmental delays in children; childcare; foster care; child abuse; elder abuse; marital rape; intimate partner abuse; divorce; child support; child custody; parental alienation syndrome; issues in stepfamilies.
Your paper should:
be written with a particular audience in mind, such as the people who are experiencing the problem, their families, teachers, or law enforcement.
explain why the problem is significant using relevant statistics and pertinent demographic data, and outlining some effects of the issue.
including citations and a reference page
conclude with suggestions to address this problem.
You may take a macro perspective and discuss how societal changes are responsible for or contribute to the issue and identify areas where society can change to resolve it
