You have been assigned to two different scenarios in the Spectrum Sunglasses Simulation. Each will present you with a slightly different set of challenges. As you proceed through the simulation, keep a log or bullet point summary of steps/actions you took. This does not need to be included at the end of the analysis that you submit but will be vital in analyzing your performance.
Part I: Start your write-up with a brief summary (one paragraph) of your understanding what you were trying to accomplish in this simulation (the purpose of the change to the organization and your role in implementing the change).
