You are required to relate your reflection to the course material for the given week that the assignment is scheduled for. Be sure to use specific details and relate to your textbook and/or external sources. If you don’t cite your book, I will deduct points.
you will submit a 1-2 page reflection for each movie clip (APA Format: make sure you have a title page, abstract and citations).

In your first essay you will briefly discuss how the camera, lighting, camera angles, camera movements, etc. influence perception and how a story is told visually, The 10 clips for essay 1 are just examples for you to watch showing how the camera works and you are not necessarily asked to write about each film clip specifically but you should refer to one or two in regards to cinematography. You will be writing about how cinematography works as a communication tool to influence the audience and tell a story
