Based on the class Student created in project #2
1. the Class Student needs two more member variables: total Grade Points and total credit hours (10 points)
2. a class member methods to calculate the GPA*. (20 points)
3. get the total grade points and total credit hours from keyboard input and read the rest of information about the students from the disc file(created from project #2), calculate the GPA and store that in the object. (30 points)
4. determine which student has the highest GPA in the class. (40 points)
