W‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍rite a reflection using Driscoll reflections cycle, what/ So what/ and Now what? I witnessed the doctor assessing patients and talking to them about any investigations done to these patients. The one i am interested is the one i witnessed of a 76 year old who had chest xray taken weeks ago and came in on the 23 Nov for his results. So the results were not good at all because they were showing that ,one of his left lung was filled with pleural fluid, an indication of cancer caused by the asbestos. He got the news and the doc‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍tor explained that he needed to drain some fluids on that day to sending them for testing and to confirm if it was indeed what he was suspecting. So a drain was later inserted and 6 tubes were taken then 1500ml was drained to ,this was to help the patient to breath better since he was always having shortness of breath. plz summarise it and use proper literature when writing.I feel great because i learned about the procedure of draining pleural fluid and look for the asbestos cancer ,what id does and how it can affect someone‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍.
