Using the presentation platform of your choosing (Google slides, PowerPoint, Prezi, whatever), re-create your Researched Argument. • This Visual Essay should be based around a narrative structure, a story or anecdote you feel the need to share, and propelled with images (which can be scanned or culled from the Internet or your computer’s clipart). • You must have a minimum of 12 slides/images, and a maximum of 15. • You must include a title slide and a slide that expresses your explicit thesis statement (look back at your actual essay. Feel free to cut-and-paste!) • Include a Works Cited slide (as your very last one) that shares where you sourced material/information from. This may very well just be copied from the original essay. • Be creative, but be sure to give ample thought to whether or not your visuals and chosen, words (as concise as they need to be!) effectively make a point. Don’t string a bunch of pictures together without giving thought to development and meaning. Build on each slide to really get your ideas across.
