Relating it to the need for compliance with them getting the COVID-19 vaccination. Also find other needs that could be assessed in regards to nursing like safety for staff and patients:Assualt and violence, prevention , fall prevention , Infection control: emphasis on Handwashing. Review the needs assessment to identify possible project topics.
