Update Research Report and Infographic: Each student is assigned a chapter for this assignment. (Chapter 5-Eating Well) As our text has a publication date of 2006, the most recent citations in the text will be 2005 or earlier. Your task is to find a research article in a peer-reviewed journal with a publication date AFTER 2006 that either confirms or challenges evidence on one of the topics/issues in your assigned chapter. (Topic- The Changing Focus of Nutrition and Health).
Each student will hand in:
• Copy of the first page of the article.
• One-two page summary that begins with APA citation. Include in your summary a descriiption of the research (hypothesis, method, population, results/findings) and its relevance for health promotion.
• Five (5) minute report to the class, allowing a minute or two for comments and questions.
• PowerPoint presentation for report with a maximum of 7 slides (less is more; simple is good).
• Create a simple “Infographic” using one of tools shown in class (Canva, Easel.ly, Piktochart, etc.) using data from the article you selected.
