The purpose of the Training Manual Project is to enhance your skills, knowledge and understanding of conflict management theory and practice. The manual demonstrates your ability to manage conflict effectively.
Develop and describe in detail a training program you have designed using the concepts discussed in this class.
The context and audience for your manual are as follows: You are an expert consultant and you were hired by a corporation to manage conflicts that have been occurring in the workplace. Essentially the corporation wants you to teach them “how” to manage conflict effectively so after you leave they can manage their own conflict without the assistance of a third party.
Note: Your manual should cover content material. Its focus should be on a set of activities, techniques, processes, methods, and procedures to help the employees to navigate and manage conflict effectively. Please include the following:
Section 1: Introduction to Training
Provide a detailed description of the problem. ( THIS IS MY part of my group project )
Description of the Problem
Show extent of the problem. Use at least five external sources to show the prevalence of conflicts in organizations and why it is imperative to have training/consultation. Cite using APA format. Feel free to use bullet points to highlight key ideas. This section needs to be at least two pages long.
