Today’s global workforce is dynamic and ever-changing. Employees are diverse, with the workforce members present from different generations, groups, and backgrounds. Given this, leaders and managers focus on creating organizational policies, procedures, and best practices that support the workforce and promote employee motivation and retention as overarching corporate goals. Leaders and managers must work closely with human resource managers to create a workplace that motivates and retains employees.
Identify 1 motivational theory, and discuss its relevance to employee satisfaction from an organizational perspective.
