This presentation will be formatted using the standard guidelines for APA PowerPoint presentations and will require audio narration of slide content. Students use the country selected and research gained in the Literature Review Paper to describe and briefly discuss the main topics (as they relate to this course) including each of the following topics as it applies to the selected country/population. Additional requirements/details provided in associated rubric below.
a. Identified child advocacy problems in the country
b. Sex-trade trafficking and other gender-specific child welfare issues
c. Position on the U.N. Declaration of Children’s Rights
d. Usual family configurations/compositions
e. Treatment of the child and other relevant health and welfare issues
f. Reasons for selection of this country/population
g. Graduate Students Only: Graduate students must also include section dedicated to the Multi-Systems Life Course perspective, making connections to theories based on the information gathered through research about the Country/Population.
