This paper is based off the compare and contrast of three R&B artist. You will first have to give an open paragraph about the history of R&B. How did it start etc.etc.The artist that you will be comparing and contrasting is Keyshia Cole, Monica, and Lauryn Hill. You will have to write a paragraph on each artist given some history on the artist as well as talking about their music.You will also need to talk about the relationship between the sounds of the music and the theme of the songs. Answer why do certain sounds just seem correct when the song is talking about a particular topic. You will also have to give a thesis statement about each artist like what the artist is based of and what does R&B stand for.
