This needs to be rewritten and made strictly about the Iliad and the themes of symbolism within. The Greek ship reference as well as the shield reference can still be used in essay. All other sources need to be removed. Essay does not need to be about where symbolism came from/started. Just needs to be about symbolism in the Iliad.
