Step 1: Create budgets for your selected project:
Review budget examples: See Table 8.6, 8.7, and 8.8 on pages 293-294 of Pinto text.
Use information from your selected project in 1.3.4.
Create an activity-based budget for your project (See Table 8.6)
Create a time-phased budget for your project (See Table 8.8)
Step 2: Complete a 1-2 page paper with your budgets for your project and answer the following:
Briefly explain what activity-based budgets and time-phased budgets are.
Paste your budgets from Step 1 into your paper.
Explain how activity-based budgets and time-phased budgets help you better manage your project. How do they relate to each other?
