There should be one page executive summary to provide a condensed version of the paper for someone such as executive who do not have time to read the entire report. It should be a self contained, stand alone document. It should summarize all the main point so that decision can be made solely based on executive summary.
Requirements:
Main text must be double spaced
All items rather than text such as tables, figures, charts, drawing, images, and photographs should be titled and consecutively numbered. The paper should be written by assuming that audience has no knowledge on the topic.
