The Videos on the ”6 THINKING HATS”, presents a different way to look at your thoughtprocesses, and the thinking processes of others. These thinking processes encompass assumptions and biases, along with usual thinking paths and conclusions. These ‘hats’ are not to be thought of as descriptors of people – they are methods of behavior, communication styles and thinking processes. Review the “6 THINKING HATS” videos and study the description of each ‘hat’ to determine which is your normal thinking style, along with those that you traditionally interact with. Watch the words they use, the pace in which they speak, their ideas and their biases. Following the format, you learned in Kolb’s Model for Experiential Learning (Week 3 supplemental reading). Students create a reflective paper no less than 750 words using three different personal life situations, experiences, examples of learning while reflecting on knowledge gained from the results of the 6 THINKING HATS article Summary Paper Outline Title page (does not count as part of the 3-5 pages) I.
