The prompt is, “Looking ahead five years beyond graduation, what kind of teacher do you hope to be? What kind of teacher do you fear becoming?”
Please add nurturing, adapting and other qualities that make a great educator and why, somewhere in the hope to be part. I fear of becoming arrogant, dismissive of my students, and other bad qualities as a teacher. Please keep in mind that this is a paper in an Elementary school setting but even better if the essay can be applied to all grade levels in public schools with low-income students.
