The patient that I cared for had surgery of Hernia Hiatal went back to ED three weeks later with
complications
End up with Pneumothorax and had chest tube placed.

Reflecting on situations and experiences is one of the most important aspects of the conceptual model of learning. It serves as an important exercise to facilitate critical thinking skills.
