The literature review will include the methodology for the search strategy (including the databases used) and criteria for article selection. A minimum of five current professional nursing or health professions articles will be identified and summarized. Students will use the evidenced-based strategies from the literature to develop a plan to manage the population-based health problem in the community setting. Students will also describe the evaluation strategy that would be used to determine the success of the interventions. The evaluation plan should include an instrument for assessing outcomes. If the student chooses a reliable and valid instrument from the literature, include the information about the reliability and validity in the paper and attach a copy of the instrument in the appendix. If the student creates an instrument to measure outcomes, attach a copy in the appendix. Finally, students will analyze the strengths and barriers of the plan. This 7 page academic paper (excluding title page, references, and appendices) will be completed using APA 7th edition formatting and utilize a minimum of five nursing or health care professional references.
