I preferred to improve the ACA1 which is the previous work I have done. let me know if you have any ideas. not only edit the previous work, also ask questions and work through it. Below is the feedback from ACA1.
Although you did not include a lot of explanations the process is easy-to-follow. Here are a couple of suggestions for you: (1) I would work on the explanation a bit more. For someone who doesn’t read code, part of your output can be very hard to read. Don’t think this is trivial. Communication is very important. (2) Think about the quality measure. It is great that you use the highest degree offered as a criterion, but this only reflects really how big (probably) the department is. Can you think of any other ways to operationalize this quality? (3) If you were to make a real recommendation, what other data sources you may want to request (e.g., US NEWS, city urbanization ranking)? Anyway, nice work, team!
