Reflection Paper #2: You are asked to identify and discuss a topic of your choice and then analyze the positive argument for globalization and its impact on public health. Be sure to select a topic that allows you to take a positive position. Content requirements: Identify and describe your topic and how it relates to globalization and public health. (e.g. changes in eating habits; trafficking of children, communication and access to instant messaging, etc.) Discuss the pros and cons of the topic as it impacts public health and human welfare. Take a position on one side of the argument (positive for this reflection paper) and explain why you have taken that position. Analyze your topic and your position and explore the benefits to population health and welfare. Use specific examples to support the position you have taken. You can use empirical and/or theoretical research to support your argument. Other requirements: Each reflection paper is limited to 5 – 7 pages, double spaced, using a 12-point font and with the default page margins set by Microsoft Word (bottom and top margins – 1 inch, right and left margins 1.25 inches). Do not forget to cite all references in your paper and furnish a bibliography. Please use either MLA or APA format. Prior to submitting your work, please check your grammar and spelling as this will affect your grade. You are free to use a different topic for this reflection paper.
