Resolution: I gained an understanding of my depression through using plant medicine in my mid twenties to the present. I found the root of it to be that time of instability within my house at a young age. I went through a mourning process for the younger self that suffered during that time and I found forgiveness and peace in my ceremonies and that allowed to me to navigate my depression in a better, more productive way.
