My topic that I would be choosing will be ” The Impact on Decreasing symptoms using Different Medidations skills.” The reason for the choice of this topic is i suffer from depression and axiety every day. I am not very happy with using medical and chemical techniques. I find that using hemeoptahic methods are just a better fit for me because it uses a lot thought process to aid in the calming of my anxiety. When it comes with depression, meditation helps with it as well as it distracts me or helps with my overthinking
The Questions i would like to research is:
What is Depression?
What are the symtopms of depression?
What are some different mediation skills that aid in depression?
How can Medidation help?

No more than five of the ten sources may be Internet sources; all sources should be peer-reveiwed journal articles or books the student reads to conduct his or her research. All sources must identify the authors.

All sources must be cited at least once in the paper.
