Students will identify one “addiction” (i.e. social media, texting while driving, a specific non-alcoholic drink or food item etc. or other behavior) that they will attempt to abstain from for a period of 30 days. Students will pair with others in a group during the course 2 times and develop a 3-4 page reflection of each group and their experience with the addiction process.
