Students are required to write a term paper with two parts (at least 1,500 words excluding references). In the first part, students are required to critically discuss ONE leadership quality (Effective Communication)covered in the lectures at the conceptual level (i.e., the definition and theory), in particular, the application of the quality in students’ profession and/or employability (around 750 words). In the second part, students are expected to evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses regarding the chosen quality they have discussed in the first part through a deep reflection and discuss how to improve the qualities in their daily life (around 750 words)
