Student will select a professional nurse in a role that is reflected in the chapter assigned (Unit 2 of book). Conduct a interview of a Registered Nurse (with BSN or higher degree) who is currently working in a clinical, educational, research, management role etc. The purpose of this interview is to compare and apply theory and principles noted in your text with the practice and perspective of a primary source in the professional role. The student will also include a personal reflection regarding their personal and professional goals.
