Please review the podcast posted under the Project Management Module titled “Workflows, Problem-Solving & Strategy – Podcast” before participating in this discussion board.
Once you have reviewed the podcast, identify how we can also apply our problem-solving to our employees and customers. In the podcast, Comcast was used as an example to show the connection between product/service offered, employee interactions and structure and ultimately the connection to customer. Use the information in the podcast to create a project management outline for the connections being discussed in the podcast. Once you have identified those connections, analyze why they are just as important as the project management charts we use to identify the completion of a physical project – such as building a house.
